Board of Directors:
Live Oak Preschool is recognized by the State of California as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, which means the school is governed by a Board of Directors. Our board is composed of community members and parents who are all volunteers, and board members received no compensation for their efforts. The Board serves as the policy making body of the school; areas of operation that the board oversees include planning and evaluation, programs, finance, legal, personnel, fundraising, maintenance, and public relations. For the 2024-2025 school year, our board boasts nine members. Our board is a central component of our program.
